Born in East Orange, New Jersey, and raised in Toms River, NJ, better known as the Jersey Shore, Louis attended Toms River High School South, focusing his studies on house wiring. It was during his last year in high school that he met his now-wife, Deborah. They’ve been happily married for 47 years, since 1977.
In 1978, Louis began his journey in the USAF, serving as a Crew Chief on F-15, F-16, and T-38 aircraft, as well as dedicating time as a USAF recruiter in NJ. Their life together took them to various places including Virginia, San Antonio, Tampa, Florida, and even a year in Korea, before settling in Arizona in 1990.
Louis’s military career spanned 20 years, during which he spent the last 9 years as a Crew Chief working on F-16s at Luke AFB in the 310th. Transitioning into civilian life, in 1997, Louis obtained his real estate license, and by 2002, he became a licensed real estate broker. Throughout his real estate career, he’s held diverse roles, including office manager and recruiter for a large RE/MAX franchise in the Valley. Currently, he serves as the Review Broker at Arizona Property Brokerage.
Outside of work, Louis and his wife are proud parents of two grown children: Lou Jr. and Jennifer. With decades of experience in both the military and real estate sectors, Louis brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to every aspect of his work.
